Welcome to d200m ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and d200m, governing your access to and use of the d200m website at https://d200m.lat, including all associated services, games, tools, and features offered therein.

d200m is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed and operated for the Malaysian market. Our platform provides access to live casino games, slot titles, sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC, and other international events), lottery products, arcade games, and related entertainment services. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through locally recognised payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, and FPX.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and d200m.

The following terms, where used in these Terms and Conditions, shall carry the meanings set out below:

To register for and maintain an active Account on d200m, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. d200m is strictly an adult platform. Individuals under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or receive winnings under any circumstances.
2. Residency and Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of d200m is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You confirm you are not acting under duress, undue influence, or any other incapacity recognised at law.
4. Single Account: Each individual may register only one Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently suspended.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You confirm that you have not voluntarily self-excluded from d200m or any related platform. Players who have self-excluded may not re-register during the exclusion period.
6. Not a Restricted Person: Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and immediate family members of d200m and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a Player Account.

When registering for an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if it changes. d200m reserves the right to refuse registration without providing a reason.

Identity Verification (KYC): Before d200m processes any withdrawal request, you will be required to complete identity verification. The KYC process typically requires:

• A government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, Passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of address dated within the preceding three months;
• In certain cases, documentation relating to your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of the e-wallet account confirming ownership).

All KYC documentation submitted to d200m is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are retained securely and are not shared with unauthorised third parties.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify d200m's customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. d200m will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

d200m facilitates deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC).

5.1 Deposits

• All deposits must originate from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the Cashier section of the Platform for current limits.
• d200m does not charge fees on MYR deposits made via local e-wallets or bank transfers. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to standard network fees payable to the respective blockchain network.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are generally processed within 5–10 minutes on business days.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the d200m Account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• d200m targets the following withdrawal processing times: e-wallets (under 5 minutes), DuitNow/FPX (5–15 minutes), direct bank wire (15–60 minutes). These are target timeframes and may be subject to variation due to payment network conditions.
• d200m reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated in the Cashier section and may vary by payment method.

d200m offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and VIP programme benefits. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless specifically superseded by a promotion's individual terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Funds may be converted to Real Money Funds.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of crediting if wagering requirements have not been met within that period.
• Maximum Win Cap: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount transferable from Bonus Funds to Real Money Funds is capped at MYR 5,000 per promotion, or five times the bonus value, whichever is lower.
• Single Bonus at a Time: Players may not stack multiple bonuses simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly permits this.
• Abuse: d200m monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without risk. Accounts found engaging in such behaviour may have winnings voided and bonuses forfeited.

d200m reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions are intended for recreational players in Malaysia and are not available to individuals using VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.

d200m is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games available on the Platform are sourced from reputable providers and are subject to regular third-party auditing for randomness and fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate representations of the theoretical long-term payout rates for each game.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are offered at odds determined by d200m's trading team. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of match commencement. In-play (live betting) markets may be suspended at any time at d200m's discretion.

Bet Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or event organiser. In the event of a dispute regarding result interpretation, d200m's decision shall be final, subject to the internal dispute resolution process described in Clause 10.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet, d200m reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account. d200m will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d200m Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all winnings, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or credentials to access the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games or poker variants;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without the express written consent of d200m;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games — any such discoveries must be reported to d200m's support team immediately;
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus structures;
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy servers, or other anonymisation tools for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or Platform security measures;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any component of the Platform.

d200m reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request;
• Account inactivity — accounts with zero activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A dormant account management fee may apply at a rate of MYR 30 per calendar month, deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated;
• Request from a Player exercising their right to self-exclude;
• In compliance with any legal or regulatory directive.

Voluntary Account Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting d200m's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after applicable processing. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure unless already converted to Real Money Funds.

Disputes: In the event you believe an account suspension has been applied in error, you may submit a formal dispute to d200m's customer support, referencing your account username and a detailed description of your concern. d200m aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 5 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d200m's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform and services shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

d200m shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Losses arising from telecommunications or internet service failures outside d200m's direct control;
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in third-party game software or data feeds;
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit d200m's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

d200m collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We collect only the personal data necessary to deliver our services, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by d200m. Such requests should be directed to our customer support team. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.

d200m is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must be approached accordingly. The following tools and policies are in place to assist Players in maintaining control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts to remind them of time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications may be enabled to display session duration and net betting outcome at regular intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily self-exclude for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players who wish to take a short break without full self-exclusion may activate a cooling-off period of up to 72 hours.

d200m strictly prohibits the creation or use of accounts by individuals under 21 years of age. For players who feel that gambling may be negatively affecting their life, we encourage consultation with appropriate support resources.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date.

The date of last update is displayed at the top of this document. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
